REFUND POLICY

Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email.

EXCHANGES

However, we can process exchanges for a different size of the same style within 15 days of your order being shipped out (limited to one time exchange per order). To request an exchange, you must email us within the 15 day shipping period.

Please note that the cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer.

FINDING A GOOD FIT

We understand that shopping online and finding the right size isn’t always easy— that is why we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. If you are located in Vancouver, you may also try on the style (if available) at our home studio or we can meet up somewhere within Vancouver :).
