PRICING

Our pricing might change from time to time due to the different and fluctuating costs of the material/fabric and our suppliers, shipping, import fees etc.  

REFUND POLICY

Because many of our items are pre-order or made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges with the exception of a faulted product (except for in-house styles that may offer a size exchange in the same style).

*A faulted product is defined as a product with a defect; a product that is slightly different in the colour or size of the photo images shown on our website from your device screen does not count as a faulted product.

We know that shopping online and finding a good fit is not easy; that is why we are here and happy to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. You may contact us through the online form, email us at leungjavia@gmail.com, or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the rare case that the product you receive is defective, please reach out to us via email at leungjavia@gmail.com immediately and take photos to show us. We will provide a full refund for defective products including the shipping fee, unless you keep the product. We will not offer refunds for a defective product if the customer wants to keep the item.   

CANCELLATIONS

Sometimes, you may have a quick change of mind. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that we will charge a cancellation processing fee of $3 in the case that this happens. After 12 hours of purchase, cancellations are not allowed.

‘MADE IN KOREA’ PREORDER ITEMS

Since some of the products from our ‘MADE IN KOREA’ collection are purchased on a pre-order basis, sometimes our supplier might notify us that the product is out of stock. In that case, we will immediately issue you a refund and cancel your order.

IMPORT FEES AND TAXES   

When ordering outside of Canada, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how much you will get charged and have no control over these charges.

PAYMENT METHODS  

We accept payments though Paypal, credit card (through Paypal invoice) and e-transfer at the moment.

VARIATION IN COLOUR

Please note that the colour you see on your screen may vary from the colour of the actual product; this is due to the fact that every device has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try our best to take and edit our photos to reflect the true colours of our products, but do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding the actual colour of a product.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

Javia Leung retains all intellectual property rights, such as our logo/trademark and copyrights. It is prohibited to use any content from our social media and website for commercial or personal purposes (this includes is not limited to any graphics, images, photographs, text, illustrations) without our permission. We reserve the right to terminate your use of service or take legal action for violating any of the prohibited use of our intellectual property rights.
